金蚧片对男性勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Jinjie Tablets on Erectile Dysfunction

目的观察金蚧片对男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将66例肾阳虚型男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各33例。治疗组口服金蚧片1次5片,1日3次;对照组服用外型相同的安慰剂1次5片,1日3次。两组均服用8周。采用彩色多普勒超声检查(CDFI)及国际勃起功能问卷(IIEF-5)积分评价对勃起功能进行综合评估。结果行阴茎海绵体内血管活性物质注射(ICI)后,CDFI及阴茎硬度检测结果,治疗组治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IIEF-5积分评价结果,治疗组治疗前后满意率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗效果综合比较,对照组痊愈率为9.09%,治疗组为72.73%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组皆未发现明显不良反应。结论金蚧片对治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的患者具有较好的疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinjie Tablets on erectile dys- function（ED）. Methods Sixty - six cases of ED differentiated as kidney yang deficiency were randomized into a treatment group（33 cases）and a control group（33 cases）. In the treatment group, Jinjie Tablets were prescribed for oral administration,5 tablets each time,three times a day. In the control group,the placebo of the same appearance was used,5 tablets each time,three times a day. The medication lasted for 8 weeks in the two groups. The eolor Doppler（ CDFl） and IIEF -5 score were adopted for the comprehensive assessment of ED. Results The results of CDFI and penis hardness test were different significantly before and after treatment in the treatment groupafter intracavernons injection（ICI） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Concerning to the evaluation result of llEF- 5 score,the satisfaction was different significantly before and after treatment in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. The curative rate was 9.09% in the control grnup and was 72.73% in the treatment group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The apparent adverse reaction was not discovered in the two groups. Conclusion Jinjie Tablets achieves the satisfactory effect on ED, without ap- parent adverse reaction.
