生脉注射液联合左卡尼汀防治血液透析相关性低血压的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation in the Prevention and Treatment of Hemodialysis-Associated Hypotension with Shengmai Injection and Levocarnitine

目的 观察生脉注射液联合左卡尼汀防治血液透析相关性低血压的疗效.方法 将2011年11月~2012年10月在我院透析的23例患者按治疗前及治疗后分组,观察患者治疗前（2011年11月~2012年4月）未使用生脉注射液联合左卡尼汀维持性血液透析6个月血压变化及发生低血压的次数;治疗后（2012年5月~2012年10月）使用生脉注射液联合左卡尼汀维持性血液透析6个月血压变化及发生低血压的次数.结果 透析后的血压在治疗后较治疗前有明显改善（P＜0.01）;低血压发生次数在治疗后较治疗前明显减少（P＜0.05）.结论 生脉注射液联合左卡尼汀能防治透析相关性低血压,保证透析的充分性,提高患者的透析质量.

Objective To observe the efficacy on hemodialysis -associated hypotension prevented and treated with Shengmai Injection and Levocarnitine. Methods Twenty - three cases of hemodialysis from November 2011 to October 2012 were divided into a pre -medication group and a post -medication group. The changes in blood pressure of 6 months and the frequency of hypotension before medication of Shengmai Injection and Levocarnitine （from November 2011 to April 2012 ）and those after the medication （from May 2012 to October 2012）were observed. Results Bh）od pressure after hemodialysis was improved remarkably after medication as compared with that before medication（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The frequency of hypotension was re- duced apparently after medication as compared with that before medication（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sheng- mai Injection and 1,evocamitine prevent from and treat hemodialysis - associated hypotension,ensure the suf- fieieney of dialysis and improve the quality of dialysis for the patients.
