摘要 为了更清楚地了解输电线路线夹的故障原因,需要对线夹的温度进行监测。根据架空线路线夹的结构模型和传热学的原理,建立并沟线夹稳态热路模型,研究其整体的温度分布。利用有限元仿真不同环境条件下并沟线夹横截面部分的温度场分布情况,同时设计并沟线夹不同测温点的稳态温度的实验进行验证。根据此实验结果得出有限元仿真计算结果与实验结果最大误差在±5%以内,验证了模型的正确性。同时对进一步准确计算线夹内部的实际温度和了解线夹的发热状况提供理论基础。 In order to understand the cause of the fault of transmission line equivalent parallel clamps more clearly, it needs real-time monitoring of the temperature of the clamp. According to the structure of the model and the principle of heat transfer overhead line clamp, a parallel groove clamp steady-state thermal circuit model is established to study the overall temperature distribution. By using the finite element, the temperature distribution of cross-sectional portion of the parallel groove clamp is simulated in different environmental conditions. The steady-state temperature of the parallel groove clamp at different measurement points is verified by experiments. The results of this experiment show that the maximum error between the finite element simulation and experimental results is within =k 5%, and the validity of the model is verified. It also provides a theoretical basis for further accurate calculation of the actual internal temperature of the clamp and understanding the clamp fever situation.
