智能变电站三态数据综合采集方案的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着智能变电站的发展,变电站二次设备的集成度也越来越高。为了实现对电网三态(稳态、动态、暂态)数据采集装置的融合,给出了一种三态数据综合采集方案,即由智能变电站中按照间隔配置的分布式三态数据采集装置、站控层网络和监控系统的数据通信集中模块组成三态数据综合采集系统,并对它们的功能分配进行了详细说明。对三态数据综合采集装置的方案设计进行了详细介绍,并通过站控层或过程层GOOSE通信解决了暂态数据的完整采集问题。最后,通过具体的试验验证了方案的可行性。相比传统的数据采集方式,该方案在灵活性和经济性上具有明显优势。 With the development of smart substation, the integration level of substation secondary equipment is also increasing. In order to achieve the integration of three-state data (steady, transient, dynamic states) collection equipment on grid, the paper provides the method of three-state data comprehensive collection, i.e. the data acquisition equipment of distributed three-state data by smart substation intervals, station bus or process bus GOOSE network, and the data concentrator module of SCADA constitute the three-state data comprehensive collection system, and makes a detailed description of their function assignment. The paper details the research and design of three-state data collection equipment and solves the problem of transient data complete collection by GOOSE communication. Finally, the feasibility of the program is verified by specific test. Compared with the traditional three-state data comprehensive collection system, the program has obvious advantages in flexibility and economy.
