Effect of EAA on Properties of r-PET /TPEE Blends

摘要 以乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)为相容剂,聚酯型弹性体(TPEE)为增韧材料,回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(rPET)为基体材料,通过熔融挤出、注射成型方法制备了r-PET/TPEE/EAA共混材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、转矩流变仪测试并分析了EAA对r-PET/TPEE共混材料界面性能、结晶性能、流变性能的影响,并测试了共混材料的力学性能。结果表明:随着EAA用量的增加,r-PET/TPEE/EAA共混材料的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率先增大后减小,而弯曲强度和拉伸强度略有下降。含5%EAA的r-PET/TPEE/EAA共混材料中,TPEE颗粒嵌入rPET基体材料中,r-PET与TPEE界面粘结力增强,与纯r-PET相比,共混材料的熔融温度降低了9.40℃,过冷度下降了11.84℃,结晶温度上升了2.44℃,流动速率增大;其缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别比纯r-PET提高了96.34%和183.92%。 The blends of recycled poly ( ethylene terephthalate ) (r-PET)/thermoplastic ether-ester ( TPEE )/ethylene- acrylic acid copolymer(EAA) were prepared by extrusion and injection molding. The effects of EAA on interfacial properties, crystalline behavior and rheological properties of the blends were investigated by SEM ,DSC and torque rheometer. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the blends were tested. The results showed that the notched impact strength and elongation at break were increased firstly and reduced at last, while the bending strength and tensile strength were decreased with the increase of EAA. The TPEE particles embedded in the r-PET matrix and the interactions between TPEE and r-PET enhanced with the addition of 5 % EAA in the blends. Compared with r-PET,the melting point and the degree of super-cooling of the blends were decreased by 9.40 ℃ and l 1.84 ℃ ,while the crystallization temperature was increased by 2.44 ℃ and the melt flow rate showed significant improvement with the addition of 5 % EAA. The introduction of EAA increased the notched impact strength and elongation at break by 96.34 % and 183.92 % ,respectively.
