螺杆挤出固体输送段压力分布的离散元法预测 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation of Pressure Distribution in Solid Conveying Section of Single Screw Extruder by Using Discrete Element Method

摘要 采用离散元非线性模型模拟了单螺杆挤出固体输送段末端有约束情况下的粒子输送,预测了压力、填充率以及配位数沿固体输送方向的变化情况。结果表明:压力在固体输送段内沿挤出方向呈不均匀增大趋势,靠近进料口区压力很小,但靠近输送段末端的区域压力增大很快。 The nonlinear spring-damping model of discrete element method was used to simulate pellets movement in solid conveying zone with end constraint in a single-screw extruder. The pressure, filling rate and coordination number were predicted. The results showed that uneven pressure increased within the solid conveying occurred. Pressure was almost zero in the area under the hopper and increased quickly in the area near the constraint end.
