摘要
选取合适的实验参数和参数范围,采用正交列表方法对注射压缩成型工艺进行了模拟仿真研究,并分析了研究导光板的注射压缩成型工艺,研究注射压缩成型制品的缺陷对导光板性能的影响,研究对于不同的性能导光板的最佳工艺组合,以优化工艺设计。利用现有检测设备对导光板的翘曲变形、光学性能进行研究。模具温度和压缩距离对导光板的性能影响较大。
Appropriate experimental parameters and parameter ranges were selected. The influence of injection compression molding process and defects on the optical performance was analyzed. For different properties, the optimum combination of the light guide plate was studied to optimize process design. Using existing testing equipment for light guide plate warpage, optical properties were studied. The performance of the light guide plate was greater impacted by mold temperature and compression distance.
