Effect of Cr Element on Nanostructure of Bulk Nanocrystalline Fe_3Al Prepared by Aluminotherimic Reaction

摘要 通过铝热反应制备了Cr质量百分比为5%、10%、15%的块体纳米晶Fe3Al材料,并对材料进行了XRD、EPMA、TEM等分析表征.结果表明,随着合金元素Cr的加入,块体纳米晶Fe3Al材料的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,材料的硬度也随着Cr含量的增加先减小后增大. Bulk nanocrystalline Fe3 Al materials which respectively contained 5 %, 10% ,and 15% chromium were prepared by aluminothermic reaction. The analysis and characterization of materials were carried out with the aid of XRD, TEM and EPMA. The result shows, adding the alloying element chromium the grain size of the Fe3 Al mate- rials reduced at first and then increased with the increase of the chromium element, and the hardness of the materi- als increased at first and then decreased with the increase of chromium element.
