推板式袋装物品棚车自动装载装置的虚拟开发

The Virtual Development of the Automatic Push-Type Loading Device for Packed Goods Boxcars

摘要 根据火车棚车装载袋装物品的特点,提出一种适用于棚车袋装物品装载的推板式自动装载装置.对装置进行结构设计,分析装置的工作原理.应用Solidworks对装载机构进行虚拟建模,进行运动分析,并通过强度数值分析对比,验证装载装置的合理性.结果表明:棚车自动装载装置可实现对袋装物品的夹取、自动码垛、运送等动作,具有结构简单、工作可靠等特点. According to the characteristics of boxcars loaded with packed goods, the automatic loading de- vice with a push plate is intended to develop. The structure of the device was designed and the working principle was analyzed. Solidworks was used for the virtual modeling of the loading structure and the analy- sis of its motion,and through the numerical analysis of strength,the rationality of its design was verified. The results show that the boxcar automatic loading device can be used for clamping, automatic stacking, transportation of packed articles, and is simple and reliable in performance.
