高层建筑喷淋系统减压孔板的计算

摘要 超压问题在高层建筑喷淋给水中客观存在,处理不当会使消防水泵寿命变短,设备安全运行性下降.增加减压孔板是解决超压问题比较经济实用的方法.通过实例论述了高层自动喷水超压工作状态,分析了水泵供水工况,计算了减压孔板的孔径和设置层数,从而确定减压孔板的型号,保证减压效果.设置减压孔板后使得配水管入口处的压力<0.40MPa,延长了消防水泵寿命,设备安全性也明显提高. The problem of overpressure in water supply of spray system in high-rise building often exists. Inap- propriate treatments will make the fire pumps shorter in life and the safety of the equipment will decline. An eco- nomical and practical method is to set more pressure reducing orifice plates for the automatic spray system. Working examples are given to illustrate the automatic working conditions. According to pump water conditions, the diameter of pressure reducing orifice plate and the number of layers are calculated. Determining the orifice plate models can ensure the effect of decompression,the pressure at the inlet of the pipe is leas than 0.40 MPa.
