摘要
为了解决城市右转机动车与行人过街冲突的问题,通过对两者各自的效用分析,找出两者冲突的主要原因,并通过推导临界值函数和设置相应的信号控制来使信号交叉口右转机动车与行人分离,运用Webster延误公式来求两者的总延误.结果表明:通过设置右转机动车信号控制使两者的总延误减少了1.3s,提高了交叉口效率.
For the solution of the conflict between right vehicles and pedestrians in cities,the main cause of the conflict was identified by analyzing the utility of right-turn vehicles and pedestrians, and the separa- tion of signal intersection right-turn vehicles and pedestrians was made by deriving threshold functions and improving signal control. Finally the Webster delay formula was adopted to get the total delay minimum of vehicles and pedestrians, and the delay was reduced by altering signal control of right-turn vehicles to im- prove intersection efficiency.
