摘要 根据北京市应急物流活动的特点,对北京市应急物流能力进行了评价研究.从应急物流指挥调度系统、基本保障系统、运作系统、信息管理系统、基础设施支撑能力系统5个方面构建了北京市应急物流能力评价体系.运用层次分析法确定指标的权重,运用模糊综合评判法建立了北京市应急物流能力的评价模型.并运用专家评分法对北京市应急物流能力进行评价,确定北京市应急物流能力评价的得分为76.683 4,提出了相关建议. According to the characteristics of emergency logistics activities in Beijing,the problem about e- valuating the emergency logistics capability was investigated. The emergency logistics capacity assessment system in Beijing was analyzed into the five sub-systems: the command system, guarantee system, and op- eration system,information management system, and infrastructure support system. Then, the analytic hi- erarchy process was used to determine the weighted index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to establish the assessment model of the emergency logistics capability of Beijing. Finally,by the expert scoring method, the emergency logistics capability of Beijing was assessed and some practical proposals were given.
