摘要
教师职业倦怠是指教师在体力、精力和能力上都无法应付外界的要求而产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。产生职业倦怠的原因来自于工作压力、个人特征和环境因素,可自我完善和优化环境加以改进。
Teachers occupation burnout refers to the physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion of teachers in physi- cal strength, energy and ability are unable to cope with the external requirement and produce state. Causes of occu- pation burnout from the pressure of work, personal characteristics and environmental factors, self improve and opti- mize the environment to be improved.
