摘要
以激励理论和方法研究大学校长职业化的路径,有利于提高校长职业化的针对性和务实性。本文利用马斯洛的层次需求、目标激励理论,结合校长的心理、思想、价值观等特点,从发现校长的激励需要出发,提出校长职业化的激励路径和方法。
In this paper, investigations have been performed on the routes for professionalizing university president. On the basis of the incentive theory, which are favorable for improvements of the professionalism pertinence and practicality. We have taken the Maslow theory of hierarchy need and objective encouragement along with university presidents' personal characters like: value, thought and psychology to propose the incentive routes.
