摘要
问卷调查和实践观察发现,高校凝聚力一般,教师对学校的忠诚度不高,导致这一现状有学校外部和内部两方面的原因,学校的内部原因是:没有共同目标和工作缺乏吸引力,组织结构设计不合理,行政权力与学术权力不协调,管理制度不科学,校园文化建设不到位,管理者魅力不高和管理方式不当,人际关系不融洽。
The cohesion in university and college is not strong enough, teachers are not loyal to their u- niversities and colleges enough, and they are not satisfied with many internal factors. The internal causes of this status quo are that university and college has no common goals and the work is unattractive; the structure design of organizations is unreasonable, the administrative authority and the academic authority are uncoordinated; the management system is unscientific; the campus culture construction is not proper; the manager is not charming enough, and runs the school in a improper way; the interpersonal relationship is not harmonious.
