摘要
目的观察巴豆水煎剂对豚鼠离体膀胱通尿肌肌条运动的作用,并探讨其作用机理。方法将通尿肌肌条悬挂于离体平滑肌灌流肌槽内,采用累积加入巴豆水煎剂的方法,观察其影响。结果①巴豆增高豚鼠离体膀胱逼呆肌肌条的张力,并呈剂量依赖性关系(r=0.80,P<0.01)。②异搏定部分阻断巴豆增高肌条张力的效应(P<0.001)。六烃季胺、阿托品、酚妥拉明和消炎痛均不阻断巴豆增高肌余张力的效应(P>0.05)。结论巴豆剂量依赖性增高豚鼠离体膀胱通尿肌张力,其作用部分经由平滑肌细胞膜的Ca^(2+)通道。
Objective To study effects effects of fructus crotonis(FC) on contractile activity of isoated bladder detru sor muscle strips in guinea pigs and its possible mechanism involved.Methods Bladdr detrusor stripe were suspnded in smooth muscle chambers. FC of varied concentration was added cumulatively in the tissue chamber at intervals of 2 min utes. Results The FC dose dependence increased the resting tension(r = 0. 80, P < 0.01 ). Verapamil inhibied the effects of FC partially(P < 0. 001 ). Hexamethonium, atropine, phentolamine and indomethacin did not effect the effect of EC(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The excited effect of the FC of isolated bladdr detrusor muscle stripe in guinea pigs was dose-depen dent increasing the resting tension and partially mediated via verapamil-senitive Ca^(2+) channel.
