将安全系统工程的LEC法应用到加油站电气设备的安全管理过程中,通过对作业条件危险性的辨识,确定事故发生的可能性、人处于潜在危险环境中的频繁程度和事故产生的后果,评定事故的危险程度和等级,进而提出改进作业安全的技术和管理措施,以达到加油站电气设备安全管理的要求。

The LEC method of safety system engineering is applied to the process of safety management for the gas station electrical equipment. Through the identification of hazardous working conditions activities, the accidents probability, frequency of workers expose to dangerous environment and the consequences are confirmed. The criti- cality and rank of blasting accidents are assesse, then better technical and safety management measures are put for- ward to achieve the gas station electrical equipment safety management requirements.
