低压页岩气井临时集输工艺风险分析

The Risk Analysis of Temporary Gathering Technique in Low Pressure Shale Gas Well

页岩气开发受到技术、成本和环境的多重影响,并且页岩气开发的标准和规范存在诸多空白。在技术不成熟,输气管线不到位,采气站、天然气处理站建设滞后的情况下,页岩气集输工艺存在诸多的安全隐患。对X低压页岩气井临时集输工艺进行风险分析,通过SAFETI软件进行模拟,发现该临时集输工艺存在的风险,根据"For Safety"理论提出安全防护措施。

The exploiting of shale gas is limited by technology, costs, circumstance and etc. and the standards are nearly an empty field. On the condition of immature technology, insufficient gas transmission pipeline, the recovery station is being built, the gathering technique exists large amount of hidden gas well as an example, analyze the temporary gathering technique＇s risks, danger. In the paper, we take X shale using the software of SAFETI to imitate the spill, and put forward some measures based on the theory of ＂For Safety＂.
