摘要
我国煤炭资源丰富,煤制甲醇是甲醇合成较为经济的一种途径,煤气化和甲醇合成过程中工艺与设备的选用直接影响到甲醇产品的质量。通过对比固定床、流化床和气流床3种气化工艺,阐述煤制甲醇装置中煤气化和甲醇合成的工艺路线选择,得出大型煤制甲醇的煤气化宜选气流床气化技术;对比干粉煤气化和水煤浆气化2种流化床工艺,前者优于后者。结合煤制甲醇的实际生产经验,介绍几种甲醇合成塔的选用。
There are abundant coal resources in China. Coal methanol synthesis is a more economical way, coal gasification and methanol synthesis process technology and equipment used directly affects the quality of the product methanol. This paper compares the fixed bed, fluidized bed and entrained flow gasification process three kinds ex- pounded coal gasification and methanol plant in the methanol synthesis process route selection, large - scale coal - derived methanol should choose entrained flow gasification gas technology; Contrasts dry coal gasification and coal gasification two kinds of fluidized bed process, the former over the latter.
