摘要
基于外部客户需求视角,结合4C、4R理论,提出围绕外部高端客户展开网络关系升级理念,以突破本土企业升级"瓶颈",实现从低端向高端转型。结合"帕累托改进"和"弱联系"理论,对网络关系升级机理和路径进行探讨,回答了网络关系升级的what、why和how问题。最后,以江苏宝应传统产业转型为例进行了案例分析。
In the upgrading of domestic enterprises behavior and path meet the "bottleneck" of the background, the external customer needs base on perspective, comhine with 4C, 4R theory put forward around external expansion network upgrade concept of high-end customers, in order to get rid of the plight of low level competition, Chinese enterprises make break- through from low-end to high-end transformation. On this basis, combined with the "Pareto improvement" and "weak ties" theory, the network upgrade mechanism and paths were discussed, answered the network upgrade for the what, why and how problems. Finally, combining with the Jiangsu Baoying traditional industrial design of "county" as case analysis.
