涉外高校医院医务人员的伦理要求

The ethics requirement about the medical matters in the university hopitals concerning foreign teachers and students

高校医院对外籍师生患者的诊治有其特殊性,在诊治中要达到如下几点伦理要求:强调“以患者为中心”的医疗原则,即强调主动性与积极性相结合;对患者一视同仁;礼貌兼耐心的工作态度;技术上精益求精;尊重外籍患者的选择权,做到知情许可.同时,要严格履行《执业医师法》中规定的相应义务,遵守执业规则:医务部门要与教学部门密切配合、相互协作;对急诊、疑难、危重病人应及时正确处理.从而让广大师生安心工作、学习,以利于社会主义精神文明建设.
