摘要
采用随机区组试验,研究了不同激素和基质组合对桉树(Eucalyptus spp.)硬枝扦插成活率的影响。结果表明,不同激素中ABT1号生根粉效果最好,成活率达到了64.68%;不同基质中泥炭土+珍珠岩扦插成活率最高,为57.29%。
The effects of different matrix and hormone on survival rate of hardwood cuttings of Eucalyptus spp .were studied by randomized block experiment .Result shows that ：among different hormones ,ABT No .1 rooting powder is the optimal ,the survival rate reach 64 .68% ;among different matrices ,cutting survival rate of peat ＋ perlite is up to 57 .29% .
