摘要
以油松为研究对象,采用随机区组试验设计,研究了不同浓度水杨酸处理对油松株高和地径的影响。结果表明,10mg·L-1水杨酸处理效果最佳,油松株高和地径分别比对照提高33.91%和38.77%。因此,用水杨酸处理油松幼苗根系时,建议水杨酸浓度采用10mg·L-1。
Taking Pinus tabulaeformis as the researching objects ,the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on plant height and ground diameter of Pinus tabulaeformis were studied by randomized block experiment de-sign .Result shows that treatment effect by using 10 mg ·L-1 salicylic acid can obtain the optimal effect ;plant height& ground diameter respectively increase by 33 .91% & 38 .77% than that of the control .It is suggested that the suitable concentration of salicylic acid should be 10 mg·L-1 .
