一种本安物位传感器设计

摘要 介绍了一种本安物位传感器,该传感器利用光纤改变激光测距传感器的光路,使传感器的带电部分可以远离检测现场。进行了理论分析并制作模型样机进行了实验,实验证明该传感器可以正常完成物位检测并且具有与激光测距传感器相近的精度。该传感器具有检测精度高,非接触式测量等优点,在石化、军工等特殊领域的物位检测中具有一定的实用价值。 A intrinsically safe level measurement sensor is introduced in the paper,the optical path is changed by fiber in the sensor, so enable the charged portion of the sensor to stay away from the detection site.The theoretical analysis is carried out and modeling prototype experiments prove that the sensor work well and the accuracy is similar with the laser ranging sensor. The sensor has the characteristics of high precision and non-contact measurement,and has very broad application prospects in petroleum and Military industry.
