偶氮胭脂红G共振散射法测定痕量银 被引量:4

摘要 在Walpole缓冲溶液中,Ag(I)分别与靛蓝胭脂红、胭脂红和偶氮胭脂红G反应形成较稳定的配合物微粒,使得溶液的共振散射(RS)信号显著增强,其最大的散射峰分别位于276nm、283nm和282nm处。在最佳实验条件下,靛蓝胭脂红、胭脂红、偶氮胭脂红G体系的Ag(I)质量浓度分别在0.011~1.08μg/mL、0.054~1.62μg/mL、0.054~1.62μg/mL范围内与共振散射强度ΔI呈较好的线性关系,检出限(DL)分别为10.0ng/L、14.0ng/L、9.51ng/L。由于偶氮胭脂红G-Ag(I)体系较灵敏且校准曲线的线性较好,选择了偶氮胭脂红G用于废胶片中痕量银的测定。3个银含量不同样品中银测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.8%、2.6%和1.3%,回收率分别为102.4%、98.8%和102.8%。 In Walpole buffer solution,Ag(Ⅰ) respectively reacted with indigo carmine,carmine and azocarmine G to form stable complex particles,significantly enhancing the resonance scattering (RS) signal of the solution,with highest scattering peaks at 276 nm,283 nm and 282 nm.Under the optimum conditions,Ag(Ⅰ) concentrations of indigo carmine,carmine and azocarmine G systems in the range of 0.011-1.08μg/mL,0.054-1.62 μg/mL,0.054-1.62 μg/mL achieved a good linear relationship with resonance scattering intensity △I,respectively,with the detection limits (DL) of 10.0ng/L,14.0 ng/L and 9.51 ng/L,respectively.As the azocarmine G-Ag(Ⅰ) system was more sensitive and had better calibration curve linearity,so azocarmine G was selected for the determination of trace silver in waste film.Silver in 3 samples with different silver contents was determined,giving the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 3.8 %,2.6 % and 1.3% and the recoveries of 102.4 %,98.8 % and 102.8 %,respectively.
