摘要 二次再热机组由于其锅炉构造的复杂性和特殊性,如何实现主汽温和两个再热汽温的有效控制是亟待解决的问题。针对二次再热机组在汽温控制方面的问题,提出了一种主汽温和再热汽温联合控制策略,将主汽温和两个再热汽温同时考虑进行联合控制,其中主汽温主要由燃水比和喷水减温控制,同时考虑燃烧器倾角的影响;两个再热汽温主要由燃烧器倾角和烟气挡板调节,喷水减温作为微调手段。通过仿真机验证可知,本控制策略可实现对主汽温和两个再热汽温的同时有效控制,对二次再热火电机组在我国的推广运用具有重要意义。 To the complexity and particularity of double reheat unit's boiler construction,the problem demanding prompt solution was how to realize the effective control of main steam temperature and two reheat steam temperature.Regarding to the problem of double reheat unit's steam temperature control,a combined control system of main steam temperature and two reheat steam temperature was proposed.The main steam temperature and the two reheat steam temperature were taken into consideration simultaneously to realize combined control.The main steam temperature was mainly controlled by the ratio of fuel to water and spray desuperheating,and the influence of burner's inclination was taken into account at the same time.The two reheat steam temperatures were mainly regulated by the inclination of the burner and flue gas damper,and spray desuperheating functions as fine adjustment.According to the verification of simulation machine,the control strategy was able to achieve the effective control of main steam temperature and two reheat steam temperatures,and it has great significance in promoting and applying double reheat thermal power plant in China.
