摘要
刀具切削状态的在线检测是FMS和CIMS等自动化加工技术中的难题,针对目前刀具切削状态检测中出现的问题,提出了一种利用回归技术和模糊分类建立钻削过程的电流信号状态切削模型的原理和方法。经试验证明,验证了其可行性和实用性。
Tool cutting state of on - line detection is one of the most difficult problems in FMS and CIMS automation processing technology, aiming at the problems arising from the tool cutting state detection, presents a regression technique and fuzzy classification is used to establish the current signal of drilling process state cutting principle and method of the model. Proved by experiment, verified the feasibility and practicability.
