副坝混凝土防渗墙工程是该库除险加固工程重要项目之一。对墙体质量检测和建墙前后及防渗墙上下游地下水位的分析表明,混凝土防渗墙质量优良,防渗效果显著,消除了铺盖裂缝等隐患,正常蓄水位情况下,副坝的安全稳定得到了保障。
