摘要
为了研究施用不同类型的叶面喷肥对白花败酱生长及生理的影响,以湖北科技学院中心校区实验田扦插的白花败酱幼苗为试材,进行不同喷肥处理试验,结果表明:各种喷肥处理都以不同方式不同程度地促进了白花败酱的生长,提高了苦菜的产量。喷施金浪、尿素、芸苔素内酯显著增加了叶绿素含量、增加了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量;喷施赤霉酸使叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量显著降低。各喷肥处理均使白花败酱叶总黄酮和总皂苷相对含量减少。
In order to study the effects of spraying different types of foliar fertilizers on the growth and physiology of Patrinia vil- losa, the author took the seedlings of Patrinia villosa planted in Hubei University of Science and Technology by cuttage as the test materials, and conducted the tests for different fertilization treatments. The results showed that all fertilizer - spraying treatments promoted the growth of Patrinia villosa and enhanced its yield in different ways to different extent. Spraying KingNet, urea and bras- sinolide significantly increased chlorophyll content, and increased the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein. Spraying gibber- ellic acid made the content of soluble sugar, chlorophyll and soluble protein decrease significantly. All fertilizer - spraying treat- ments reduced the relative content of total flavone and total saponin in the leaves of Patrinia villosa.
