摘要
阐述了美国乡村"精明增长"的背景与目标,总结了在实践"精明增长"理念过程中的典型策略与经验,最后从提高整治综合性、重视乡村景观保护、培育农村经济、强化公众参与及发展"精明"整治等5个方面对我国农村土地整治工作的完善提出了建议。
This paper described the background and objectives of American countryside ＂smart growth＂ , and summarized the typical strategies and experiences in the practice of ＂smart growth＂, finally put forward some suggestions on the improvement of Chi- nese rural land consolidation work from the following five aspects： improving comprehensive consolidation, paying more attention to rural landscape protection, fostering rural economy, strengthening public participation, and developing smart consolidation.
