膝骨性关节炎与半月板径向移位的研究进展

Knee Osteoarthritis and Meniscal Radical Displacement: Research Progress

膝关节骨性关节炎是临床上的常见疾病,其发生机制尚不明确。近年来不断有国内外学者报道半月板径向移位可能是膝骨性关节炎发生、发展的重要因素。本文对半月板径向移位现象的国内外研究进行总结,并对目前存在的相关问题进行了综述,以期提高临床医师对此现象的认识。

Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical disease, its pathogenesis is not clear. In recent years, it has been reported by domestic and foreign scholars that meniscal radical displacement is a strong risk factor for both onset and progression of knee osteoarthritis. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on meniscal radial displacement, and reviews the existing related problems to improve the clinicians＇ awareness of this phenomenon.
