Acquired Hyperostosis Syndrome: A Case Report

获得性骨肥大综合征是以皮肤病变为主要临床体征,胸骨、锁骨、肋骨骨质肥厚及骶髂关节病变的一种综合征,所累及的骨和关节在影像学上具有特征性表现。本文介绍了我院2011-09-11收治的一例获得性骨肥大综合征患者,对其胸骨、锁骨、肋骨特征性的影像学表现进行了分析,以提高临床医生对本病的认识。

The main clinical sign of the acquired hyperostosis syndrome is skin lesions, clinical signs also include hy- perostosis of sternum, clavicle and rib, and sacroiliac joint lesions, the bone and joint lesions have characteristic imaging find- ings. On 11 September 2011, a patient with acquired hyperostosis syndrome was admitted to our hospital, in this paper, the medical report, characteristic imaging findings of sternum, clavicle and rib of the patient were analyzed, which could raise the awareness of this disease for clinicians.
