摘要
合理选取与配置分布式光伏发电并网的计量点,对上下网电量、发电量的准确计算和计量装置的安全稳定运行有着非常重要的影响。介绍了分布式光伏发电系统的背景与原理,并分析了分布式光伏发电并网存在的问题。结合分布式光伏发电特点与电能计量点的设置原则,详细研究了分布式光伏发电高/低压并网以及不同运营模式下的并网计量点与关口计量点的选取与设置问题。针对可能出现的光伏并网用户窃电的情况进行原理分析与实验验证,并提出了解决办法。
Rational selection and configuration of metering points of the distributed photovoltaic power generation into the grid network are very important to calculate the upper and lower electricity accurately. This paper firstly introduces the background and the principle of the distributed photovoltaie power generation system, and then points out some problems of the distributed photovoltaic power generation into the grid network. Combined the characteristics of distributed photovohaic power generation with the configuration principle of metering points, selection and configuration of metering points of the distributed photovoltaic power generation into high / low voltage grid and in different operating modes have been analyzed. Finally, the principle and experimental verification of the photovoltaic stealing have been discussed, and solutions to prevent photovoltaic stealing have been also proposed in this paper.
