摘要
为筛选对大麻具有生物脱胶功能的放线菌,采用平板稀释法对大麻根部土壤稀释后涂布在分离培养基平板上,经培养、分离、纯化,挑选单个菌落。从中共分离得到53株放线菌,采用平板透明圈法对分离得到的放线菌进行脱胶能力筛选。实验结果表明,有4株不同的放线菌会产生透明圈,其中DM6产生透明圈最大,直径为2.41cm。
In order to achieve bio-degumming of actinomycete strain,Cannabissativa L. roots were diluted, then applied uniformly on the culture medium sheet and the dominant single colony was selected through cultivating, separating and purifying. 53 strains actinomycete were isolated from soil of roots, and superior stain was screened by transparent circle method. It was found that transparent circle of by agar plate could produce with 4 strains. Transparent circle of DM6 strain was the largest, its diameter was 2.41 cm.
