摘要
运用3C模型和DS3C模型计算了入射能为70.6eV几何条件下垂直平面内电子离化氦原子的三重微分散射截面,并把计算结果与实验结果进行了比较,系统研究了屏蔽效应对截面的贡献。结果表明:当散射角较大、敲出电子能量较低时,末态屏蔽效应对垂直平面内三重微分散射截面的幅度和角分布均存在较强影响。
The triple differential cross section for electron impact ionization of helium in the perpendicular plane at incident energies of 70.6eV are calculated by use of 3C model and DS3C model. The calculated results are compared with the experimental date. The screening effects contribute to the cross section is discussed. It is seen that the influence of final channel screening effects on the amplitude and angular distribution of triple differential cross section in the perpendicular plane are stronger when at low ejected electron energies and large scattering angle.
