湖南省高校体育代表队各主体间的价值冲突与调谐

Value Contradiction and the Reconcile of between Different Subjects of the Hunan Province College Sports Team

采用问卷调查法,以湖南省本科高校体育代表队发展过程中的价值冲突与调谐途径为研究对象.研究表明:学生运动员的学训矛盾、教师教练员职业发展与工作业绩矛盾与训、科、教矛盾、高校金牌需求与投入比例矛盾为代表队主要矛盾.另外,学生运动员与教师教练员的内部动因需求占据个体价值需求的主导地位,但均认为集体价值始终高于个体价值.建议:以解决各个主体的关键矛盾为目标,开设高等训练选修课程;设立双岗型教师并完善代表队评价系统;改变高校的价值发展观,重新调整不同主体间的价值关系.

The questionnaire method is main research method of the essay, and the research object is the value contradiction and the reconcile path of developing process of the Hunan province college sports team. The result of research found： the contradiction between the study and the training of student athlete, career development and job performance of the teacher instructor, the training and research and tech about teach instructor and requirement of gold medal and investment. In addition, the internal value demand of student Athlete and teach instructor hold dominant position of individual value demand, but collective value of college is more important than individual value all the time. At last the research suggest offer a proposal： It is the target for solve the key contradiction of the subject all, set up the advanced training elective course ; set up the teacher of double station and evaluation system of the sport team; change the development view of value of the college, reconcile the relationship of value between different from subject.
