摘要 针对当前洞庭湖生态事件频发和管理部门缺少统一的生态事件预警平台,详细阐述了利用构件技术和GIS技术构建洞庭湖生态事件预警系统的思路和流程,包括系统总体设计、数据流设计、功能设计以及生态事件预警模型设计,并开发了软件系统.最后以洞庭湖区东方田鼠暴发为例,研究了东方田鼠暴发事件的生态因子和预警模型,并应用洞庭湖生态事件预警系统中进行了预警,取得了较好的效果,可为洞庭湖区生态事件预警提供信息化支持. According to frequent occurrences of ecological events in Dongting Lake and lack of unified warning platform of ecological events in management departments,A detailed description on thinking and process of constructing ecological events warning system by using component technology and GIS is given in this paper.These thinking and process includes overall design,data flow design,function design,ecological events warning model design and software development.Finally,take the Microtus Fortis outbreak in Dongting Lake District for example,the ecological factor and warning model of Microtus Fortis outbreak was studied.The Microtus Fortis outbreak was warned by using ecological events warning system of Dongting Lake and good effect was obtained.These achievements can provide information support on ecological events warning in Dongting Lake District.
