Bastiani外固定支架治疗感染性胫腓骨骨折

The treatment of infectious fracturs of tibia and fibula with Bastiani frame

目的为进一步探讨感染性胫腓骨骨折的治疗方法 ,以利临床治疗。方法回顾性分析总结 1992～ 1998年采用Bastiani单侧多功能外固定支架治疗感染性胫腓骨骨折 2 2例。结果 2 2例全部治愈 ,治愈率 10 0 % ,除钉孔感染及固定螺钉松动外 ,无其它并发症。结论Bastiani外固定支架治疗感染性胫腓骨骨折 ,创伤小 ,方法简单 ,感染易于控制 ,疗效满意 ,是目前治疗感染性胫腓骨骨折的首选方法。其固定稳固与方便创面处理是治疗的关键。

Objective Exploration of the treatment of infectious fractures of tibia and fibula.Method Retrospective analysis of 22 cases with infectious tibial and fibulal fractures treated by Bastiani frameResults All 22 caces (100%) healed without other complication except intection of pinbloe and loose of the pinConclusion Bastiani frame shtould be a first chosen method in the trestment of infectious fractures of tibia and fibula because the injury is small.the manipulation is simple,infection is easy to be controled and results are statisfactory.Stable fixation and conveinent management of wound surface should be the key in the therapy.
