糖足康对糖尿病足患者血流变学的影响

Effect of Tanzukang on hemorheology in patients with diabetic foot

[目的]探讨糖足康对糖尿病足患者血流变学的影响。[方法]将2011年5月—2012年5月本院收治的140例糖尿病足患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,对照组60例。治疗前对2组患者血流变学的各项指标进行测定,2组患者入院后均采用诺和灵50R皮下注射控制血糖,治疗组加用糖足康浴足。治疗后测定2组患者的血流变学指标,对两组指标进行统计学分析。[结果]治疗组血流变学的各项指标较对照组明显降低。[结论]糖足康治疗糖尿病足的同时可减低糖尿病患者全血黏度、红细胞沉降率、血沉方程K值、红细胞最大变形指数、红细胞聚集指数,从而降低糖尿病并发症。

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Tanzukang on hemorheology in patients with diabetic foot. [Methods] From May 2011 to May 2012, the 140 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. There were 80 patients in treat group and 60 patients in control group. The hemorheologic indicators of all the patients were measured before treatment. Novolin 50R were used to control the blood sugar of two groups patients by hypodermic injection, and the patients＇ feet of treat group were bathed with Tanzukang. After treatment, the hemorheologic indicators of two groups were measured and analyzed. [Results] Compared with the control group, the level of the hemorheologic indicators in treat group was significantly lower. [Conclusion] Tanzukang can reduce the whole blood viscosity, sedimentation rate of erythrocyte, K value of blood sedimentation equations, erythrocyte maximum deformation index, and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with diabetic foot and reduce the complications of diabetes.
