摘要
[目的]建立芎蚓中风颗粒的质量标准。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对其进行定性分析。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其中阿魏酸和芍药苷的含量。阿魏酸:C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(35:65)为流动相;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为321nm。芍药苷:C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-0.01%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为230nm。【结果】建立了该药中川芎、当归、地龙、赤芍的鉴别方法。阿魏酸在4.286~42.86μg/mL(r=1.000)线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%。RSD=2.8%(n=6)。芍药苷在0.05872-0.5872mg/mL(r=0.99999)线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。【结论】该方法简便、可靠、重复性好,可用作芎蚓中风颗粒的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish the quality standard for Xiongyin Zhongfeng granules. [Methods] A identification o[ Xiongyin Zhongfeng Granules was periormed by TLC. The ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were determinated by HPLC. Ferulic acid: It was separated on (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column. The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid solution (35:65). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 321nm. Paeoniflorin: It was separated on C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01% phosphate solution ( 15:85 ). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. [Results] Identification of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, angelica, pheretima,paeonia of Xiongyin Zhongfeng granules was established by TLC. The linear range of ferulic acid was 4.286-42.86 μg/mL (r=l.000).The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD=2.8% (n=6). The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.058 72-0.587 2 mg/mL (r=0.999 99).The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD=0.67% (n=6).[Conclusion] These methods are simple, accurate and repeatable. They can be used as quality standard for Xiongyin Zhongfeng granules.
