在我国城镇化进程中,征地补偿工作是非常重要的一环,因为征地补偿的有序实施,不仅关系着城镇化进程的稳步推进,而且关系着经济社会发展成果的全民共享和社会的稳定和谐。因此,结合征地补偿的实践,提出政府作为实施主体,要坚持公平公正、公开透明、广泛参与、普遍性与特殊性相结合的原则,以期促进征地补偿实施的高效、有序。

In the urbanization process in China, the land expropriation compensation is very important, be- cause the orderly implementation of land expropriation compensation, not only related to the steady progress of the urbanization, but also related to the universal sharing of the economic and social development achieve- ments and the stability of the sociaty.
