婴儿指套牙刷在长期卧床病人口腔护理中的应用

Application of baby finger toothbrush in oral care of being bedridden patients

[目的]探讨婴儿指套牙刷在长期卧床病人口腔护理中的应用效果。[方法]选取长期卧床需要口腔护理的病人90例,按照病人入院顺序进行编号,然后抽取奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,两组各45例。对照组采用传统的棉球擦拭法对口腔进行护理,观察组则采用婴儿指套牙刷进行口腔护理。然后收集所有病人的临床资料,测定其口腔清洁程度,记录观察两组的护理时间和医疗费用,对结果进行回顾性分析。[结果]观察组病人的口腔清洁程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理时间和医疗费用明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]婴儿指套牙刷能够有效清洁长期卧床病人的口腔卫生,减少牙面的损伤,效果显著。

Abstract Objective：To probe into applied effect of baby finger toothbrush in oral care of being bedridden patients, so as to provide references for clin- ic. Methods：A total of 90 being bedridden patients who required oral care from December in 2010 to December in 2012 were selected, in accordance with the order of admission to number and extract, odd patients were taken as control group,even patients were taken as observation group,45 cases in each. The control group patients used traditional cotton ball wiping method for oral care, the observation group patients received oral care with baby finger toothbrush. Then to collect the clinical data of all patients, determine the oral cavity cleaning degree,record and observe nursing time and medi- cal expenses in two groups,a retrospective analysis was performed for the results. Results： The detection results of patients＇ teeth showed the oral cleaning degree of observation group patients were significantly better than that of control group, the nursing time and medical expenses of the obser- vation group were significantly less than that of control group （P%0.05）. Conclusion ： The baby finger toothbrush can effectively clean the oral health of being bedridden patients,reduce tooth surface damage.
