新型抗癌光敏剂“福大赛因”一期临床试验的临床观察和护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of first clinical trial of new anticancer photosensitizer-Fu Da Sai Yin injection

[目的]观察新型抗癌光敏剂"福大赛因注射液"一期临床试验治疗肿瘤的疗效并总结试验过程中的护理经验。[方法]将试验规定剂量的福大赛因注射液通过静脉注射到入选受试者体内,按照试验方案对病灶部位进行激光照射,测定治疗后其对肿瘤细胞的杀伤情况,同时回顾分析试验过程中护理工作执行情况,总结经验教训。[结果]福大赛因注射液对受试者的肿瘤细胞均有非常明显的体外光敏杀伤活性,副反应少;整个试验过程中护理工作及时认真完成,没有出现任何错误及失误。[结论]福大赛因注射液是一种有效的治疗癌症的光敏剂,及时有效的护理工作对整个试验的顺利完成十分重要。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the first clinical trial of new anticancer photosensitizer - Fu Da Sai Yin injection for cancer patients and summarize nursing experience during trial. Meth- ods：Every selected subject received test prescribed dose of Fu Da Sai Yin injection by intravenous injection, Laser irradiation was given in the lesion site, then to determine the effect of tumor cell killing and retrospectively analyze the implementation of the nursing work during the trial and summarize experience and lesson. Results. Fu Da Sai Yin injection has very obvious vitro photosensitive cytotoxic activity, and has fewer side effects. Nursing work was timely and carefully comple- ted during the trial, no errors and mistakes occurred. Conclusion. Fu Da Sai Yin injection is an effective photosensitizer in treatment of cancer. Timely and effective care is very important to successful completion of test.
