利用两种电泳技术分析番茄品种醇溶蛋白及其亲缘关系

摘要 本文利用番茄种子醇溶蛋白电泳图谱鉴定番茄各个品种之间的亲缘关系,采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)和十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对枣庄市售10种番茄品种的醇溶蛋白电泳图谱的分析.结果表明:不同物种间的醇溶蛋白谱带存在一定差异且这种差异反映一定的关系.10种番茄醇溶蛋白分离谱带8条,大部分具有5条相同谱带,少部分谱带数量较少,最少谱带4条,经过遗传相似性与遗传多样性分析番茄的亲缘关系,经过遗传多样性聚类分析,将10种番茄在一定水平上,聚为5类.为枣庄番茄品种的亲缘关系分析以及遗传育种工作提供了依据. In this paper, tomato seeds tomato gliadin patterns identified the genetic relationship between the various varieties, the use of acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis ( A - PAGE) and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS -PAGE) on 10 kinds of commercially available tomato varieties Zaozhuang gliadin electrophoresis pattern analysis. The results showed that: different species of gliadin bands there are some differences and these differences reflect a certain relation- ship. 10 kinds of tomatoes isolated gliadin bands 8, most of them have the same five bands, a small part of the small number of bands, at least four bands, through genetic similarity and genetic diversity of tomato genetic relationship, after cluster analy- sis of genetic diversity, the 10 kinds of tomatoes at a certain level, clustered into five categories. Tomato varieties of Zaozhuang kinship analysis, and provide a basis for genetic breeding.
