对大学生校外租房意愿的调查分析——以长沙市几所高校的学生为研究对象

The Investigation of an Analysis based on the Willingness of College Students to rent a house out of Campus——A case study of college students in Changsha

大学生校外租房现象日益普遍。学生校外租房主要基于学校提供住房所住学生人数太多、宿舍太简陋、与同宿舍同学性格不合、学校对学生宿舍管理不善等原因。学生校外租房的目的主要是为了有更好的学习条件、交友恋爱的需要、打工赚钱、贪图享乐和自由或者照顾家人等。高校应当建立校外租房学生的相关管理制度,采取措施改善校内住宿条件、对校内学生宿舍进行人性化管理,引导学生校内住宿以强化对学生的管理。

It has become more and more common for University students to rent a house off campus. The main reason for students to choose a place off campus is the large number of students who live on campus with too crude and simple condition; the different personality of roommate can also be an issue not to mention the mismanagement of school dormitories. The purpose of renting a place off campus for a university student is to have better learning conditions, make friends, earn money, seek pleasure or take care of family. Colleges should establish relevant management systems, improve the campus accommodation, and have a humanized management to guide students to live on campus.
