治理结构的完善,对于高校的发展有着非常重要的意义和作用。通过对高校治理结构的研究发现当前高校治理结构不同程度地存在产权关系不明确、行为短期化、管理关系复杂混乱等现象和问题。提出了应该通过理顺产权关系、强化高校的监督体系、协调学术权力和行政权力等措施来完善高校的治理结构。

The governance structure for the development of colleges and universities plays a very important role. Based on the study of university governance structure, it is found that current university governance structure is featured by problems of unclear property relationship, short term behavior, and complex management relationships. To resolve these problems, this paper proposes to optimize the governance structure by smoothing the property relationship, strengthening university system of supervision and coordinating the academic and administrative authority.
