摘要
致力于提高大学生创新能力,加速培养创造性与创新型人才,是知识经济时代赋予高校的历史使命。高校要从以培养大学生创新素质与能力为目标,以优化学校环境为抓手,增强大学生创新素质培养工作的针对性和有效性。高校环境优化既要以加强高校重点科研创新基地与科技创新平台建设为重点,优化高校硬环境;又要推进高校创新型文化建设为核心,优化高校软环境。
Devote to enhancing college students＇ innovation ability and accelerate the cultivation of creative and innovative talents is the knowledge economy age give to the college＇s historical mission. Colleges should aim in cultivating students＇ innovative quality and ability, to optimize the school environment of high-quality curriculums, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of students＇ innovative quality training. Optimizing the colleges＇ environment mainly includes two aspects, one is to strengthen the key scientific research innovation base and technological innovation platform construction as the key point, optimizing colleges＇ hard environment; Advancing the construction of colleges＇ innovative culture as the core, optimizing colleges＇ soft environment.
