腰椎间盘突出症双螺旋CT三维重建的表现

The Application of the Three Dimensional(3D) CT of Double Screwin Diagnosis of Herniated Lumbar Disc

目的 研究腰椎间盘突出在矢状位、冠状位上的CT表现。方法 对 42例 5 0个突出椎间盘在横断位扫描后 ,进行矢状位、冠状位上图像重建。结果 在矢状位上表现为突入椎管的软组织密度阴影 ,形态呈半圆形或椭圆形。在冠状位上呈钻头状 ,游离型椎间盘呈条索状 ,或不规则形。可远离椎间隙。结论 三维重建对腰椎间盘突出症有重要的诊断价值 ,可提供平片和横断位不易得到的解剖学信息。结合横断位可清晰地显示突出椎间盘的位置、形态特征以及病理分型。为临床治疗方案的选择提供可靠依据。

Objective TostudytheCTfindingsoftheherniatedlumbardisconsagittalandcoronaryplain .Methods Forty -twocases with 5 0herniateddiscswereexaminedsagittalaswellascoronaryreconstructionweredoneafteraxialscanninginallcases.Results Thecharacteristicfeaturesofherniatedlumbardisconsagittalplainwasasofttissuredensitymassfromposteriorannulasintothespinal canal.Theshapeofherniateddiscslikedsemicircleorellipsoidal.Theshapeofherniateddiscsofthedissociationwasabitandstreakor abnormalityoncoronaryplain .Theherniateddiscsofthedissociationmaybedistalinintervertebralspace .Conclusion Sagittaland coronaryreconstructionisausefultechniquefordiagnosingherniateddiscbecauseitcanprovideanatomicinformationnotredilyderived fromplainfilmsoraxialCTscans.Combiningwiththeposition ,shapeandsizeofherniatedlumbardiscfromaxial,itishelpfulforthe selectionofthetreatmentscheme.
