摘要
目的:探讨SBAR沟通方式在急诊年轻护士规范化交班培训中的应用效果。方法:应用SBAR沟通方式设计急诊护理个案交班单,组织培训,制定并实施护理交班流程。结果:运用SBAR沟通方式后,护士交班问题发生率从使用前的24167%下降到5133%;医护人员对年轻护士交班现状的满意度从使用前的70160%上升到85141%,交班时间从使用前的21133?5132分下降到15171?4145分。结论:运用SBAR沟通方式,可规范年轻护理人员交班的流程,促进患者安全,提高年轻护士的评判性思维和沟通能力,提高医护人员的满意度。
[ Objective] To investigate the effect of SBAR communication for young nurse training in the emergency shift. [Method] We designed the emergency nursing shift report sheet by SBAR communication, organized training and implement nursing shift processes. [ Result] After using SBAR communication, the nurse shift problem incidence dropped from 24.67 % to 5.33%. Satisfaction of young nurse status rise from 70.60% to 85.41%, and shift time reduced form 21.33 - 5.32 minutes to 15.71 - 4.45 minutes. [ Conclusion] It could promote patient safety, improve the young nurse's critical thinking, commu- nication skills and improve staff'satisfaction by regnlaling the flow of young nurses shift.
