护理干预对癌痛患者治疗效果与治疗依从性的影响

The influence of nursing intervention on therapeutic effect and compliance of patients with cancer pain

目的:观察护理干预对于癌痛患者规范化治疗效果与治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2012年10月至2013年4月共98例癌痛住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。2组均采用规范化药物镇痛治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理干预措施,比较2组的治疗效果与治疗依从性。结果:观察组癌痛缓解率与依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0105)。结论:护理干预能提高癌痛患者配合规范治疗的依从性,改善癌痛控制情况。

[ Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect and therapeutic compliance after nursing intervention on patients with cancer pain by standardized therapy. [Method] From October 2012 to April 2013,98 cases of patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with each group 49 cases. Both groups were treated with standard- ized analgesic therapy. Routinely nursing care was given to control group, while both comprehensive nursing intervention and analgesic nursing care was given to observation group. The differences of therapeutic compliance and effect between the two groups were compared. [Result] Both the pain relief rate and compliance rate in observation group were more superior than control group and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Nursing intervention can improve cancer pain relief rate and therapeutic compliance of patients with cancer pain.
